CC/CV series Fine automatic submerged arc welding system is a highly-reliable constant-current & constant-voltage fine automatic submerged arc welding product adopting IGBT parallel connection high power inverter technology combined with arc voltage sensing technology. It is composed of CC/CV series high power DC power supply,ArcTractorTMCC/CV series automatic welding trolley and ArcTractorTMCC/CV series automatic welding head. It can be applied in automatic gas shielded arc welding, automatic open arc surfacing, TWINARC, strip surfacing, hot-wire submerged arc welding when used together with different welding heads. Solid cores and flux cores ranging φ1.6-φ6.0 can all apply. It has a number of proprietary technologies, with multiple functions such as MMA, CAG, SAW and Auto-MIG/MAG.

Applications:
It can be used in welding of ordinary carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, heat resistant steel as well as some non-ferrous metals such as nickel-based alloy, titanium alloy and copper alloy;
It could be applied in shipbuilding, port machinery, boilers and pressure vessels, bridges, lifting machinery, construction machinery, light steel structure, chemical containers, pharmaceutical machinery or tank, rail vehicles, engineering machinery, heavy machinery, metallurgical machinery, piping suture or pipeline extension, nuclear power plant structures, marine structures, water conservancy and hydropower, power light poles and transmission towers rod suture, dryers, weapons, etc. It can also be used in the wear-resistance or corrosion-resistant alloy layer of matrix metal surface.
